Florian Nikolai is a lawyer (counsel) specializing in corporate and commercial law and has more than ten years of experience in providing legal advice to national and international clients. His professional focus is on M&A (private equity, venture capital, real estate), corporate law, and shareholder disputes. Another focus of his work is on the automotive and life sciences industries, where he has built up in-depth industry expertise through numerous transactions.
He successfully completed his doctoral studies at the University of Vienna in 2022. His dissertation, which was subsequently published by a renowned publishing house, underscores his academic expertise. He is also the author of several specialist publications.
