Oliver Leitner is an associate in our real estate law team. He focuses on handling complex construction and real estate projects as well as general real estate transactions. He has been chosen as our personal firm’s barista. He is therefore now just as familiar with coffee as he is with the BTVG or the WEG.
Oliver Leitner studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. During his studies, he worked as a legal assistant at G&W Tax consultancy and Schönherr Attorneys at Law. Before becoming a trainee lawyer, he completed his court internship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court; in addition, he was already a legal assistant at FSM Attorneys at Law.
